Yes. We assist with the visa application process by providing the necessary travel documents, hotel confirmations, and guidance. However, the visa fee and submission are handled directly by the traveler unless otherwise stated.
What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
We understand plans can change. Each trip has its own cancellation policy stated during booking. Typically, deposits are non-refundable, but date changes or credits may be possible depending on availability and timing.
