Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the specified period.<\/p>

4. Cancellations & Refunds<\/h2>

Cancellations must be made in writing or through our official communication channels. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the time of cancellation before the tour date. Non-refundable deposits or charges may apply. In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.), Trobe Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip.<\/p>

Customers must provide accurate personal and contact details during booking. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) are valid. Any health conditions or special requirements should be disclosed prior to booking.<\/p>

We recommend all customers purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, or losses. Trobe Tourism is not liable for any damages or losses beyond our control.<\/p>

Trobe Tourism acts as an agent between the customer and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.<\/p>
